Return Policy

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Please contact the Ultimate Swim Shop Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. New, unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment and may be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You are encouraged to insure returned packages, as Ultimate Swim Shop is not liable for merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit. Returns must have prior authorization or the package will be refused. Please see Requesting a Return Authorization (below) for instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE unless proven defective.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge within thirty (30) days of shipment. Incorrect shipping or defective merchandise must be reported to the Ultimate Swim Shop Customer Service Department within ten (10) days of the original purchase. 

REQUESTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Email the Ultimate Swim Shop Customer Service Department at customerservice@ultimateswimshop.com to request a Return Authorization number.

  1. Please provide your order number and/or invoice number with the item number you wish to return
  2. An Ultimate Swim Shop representative will provide you with a Return Authorization number to include on the outside of the returned package
  3. Mail your package to the Receiving Office with a copy of your original invoice: Ultimate Swim Shop – Receiving 1637 Stelton Road, Suite 8B Piscataway, NJ 08854 RA# (include the number issued for return)
  4. Upon receipt and review of your return, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
